Notices

Food bank – most needed this week are sponge pudding, instant coffee, nappies size 6, chocolate and nuts.

 

PCC: The PCC had a very helpful meeting with John Kiddle, Archdeacon, on Monday. John outlined the process for finding our new vicar and encouraged us to pray, share our thoughts about St Margaret’s now and our dreams for the future. You will all be invited to the open meeting after Christmas to discuss this further. PCC minutes are available for all at the back of church today.

Toy Service December 3rd - We will, as usual, be supporting Wandsworth Welcare with gifts of new toys (unwrapped pleased) and store gift vouchers.

Christmas Tree Festival and Teas and Trees 8th and 9th December

Thank you so far for all the offers of help.  The trees have been ordered and they are now available for Sponsorship.  If you would like to sponsor a Christmas Tree please contact Helen in the church office or have a look at the website.

·         Donations of sweets, candles and deli produce still needed.

·         Help with obtaining raffle prizes and lucky tree prizes.  Donations letter available.  Please speak to Helen in the Church Office.

 

Community Development Team

Andrew Gairdner writes:- 45 people responded to both time and talents and financial forms.  In financial terms we have increased our stewardship giving by some 15% and  there are 7 new participants.  Time and Talents co-ordinators will be in touch shortly.
